Purchasing Policy 

Terms & Conditions

• A purchase order estimate by category will be provided based on the anticipated product cost (anticipated cost + tax (7.5% allowance) + shipping (10% allowance) + receiving fee ($30/$45/$60) + Coordination Fee (30% allowance).

• Purchase order estimates categories require digital approval prior to any purchasing

• A 50% deposit is required upon approval and acceptance of purchase order estimates.

• Once the deposit is received product orders will be placed within 10 business days. 

• Any items that have been received and stored will be billed at 40% of their actual product value and invoiced as part of the monthly billing cycle during the implementation phase of the project.

• The remaining balance - approximately 10% or less - will be held by Avenelle Design until all purchased products are delivered to the residence for installation. Final project invoicing will be included in a compiled close-out report, which will outline all final purchasing costs. This report will also include a summary of all payments made to Avenelle Design and a final draw request for the outstanding balance.

• Receiving & Delivery Fee per product received (based on box size, not quantity. Example bathroom accessories arrive in one large box containing 10 smaller boxes will receive a fee for one box not 10) Associated fee based on box size with box size less than 48" at $30/box rate, box size between 48" - 60" at $45/ box rate and box size exceeding 60" at $60/box rate. Records available upon request. 

• Storage location to be confirmed with owner in advance of purchasing, if storage is requested Avenelle Design can facilitate the rental of a storage unit at Public Storage in Homestead
