
Purchasing Policy
Policy Overview
Avenelle Design & Management can serve as a "purchasing agent" on behalf of the owner and facilitate the purchase of goods and/or install coordination for designated tradesmen at cost + 30% coordination fee. The following Conditions Apply;
Terms & Conditions

A purchase order estimate by category will be provided based on the following information.

Product Cost + 7.5% Sales Use Tax + 10% Shipping Fee + $30 Receiving Fee + 30% Coordination Fee.

Purchase order estimates categories require digital approval prior to any purchasing.

A 50% deposit is required upon approval and acceptance of purchase order estimates.

Once the deposit is received product orders will be placed within 10 business days.

A 40% progress payment is required 30 days after purchase category is processed.

The remaining 10% balance will be held by Avenelle Design until all purchased products are delivered to the Residence.

Storage location to be confirmed with owner in advance of purchasing, if storage is requested Avenelle Design can facilitate the rental of a storage unit at Public Storage in Homestead for anticipated duration of project.

Storage Fee provided as separate Storage estimate

Return Policy
Returns can be requested, but will require all origional packaging. Owner is responsible for any applicable restock and/or return fees.
