The Vision
I’ve been asked the same question a lot over the years " Why are you always working" and my answer has never really changed — it’s just gotten clearer.
I do this work because I believe people deserve better than the renovation experience they’re usually given. Confused timelines. Miscommunications between contractors and designers. Budgets that spiral. Clients who feel like an afterthought in their own project. I’ve seen it too many times, and I knew there was a better way.
That’s what I built Avenelle to be. Not just a design firm, a firm that manages the whole picture. Design and the build. Vision and the logistics. The beautiful and the practical, together.
But there’s a deeper why, too.
I want to build something that outlasts me. A firm that trains the next generation of designers and project managers with real values — not just technical skills. A company that gives back to the communities it serves, that runs on a win-win philosophy at every level. I’m already building that with the people around me, and the roadmap ahead makes me more excited about this work than ever.
I started Avenelle with faith, built it through fire, and I’m still here — still designing, still managing, still growing.
